For nearly forty years, Robert’s Catering Service has been run by the steady hand of owner Roubina Begoumian. Mrs. Begoumian began her training in one of the world’s foremost hotel and a restaurant management school located in Vienna, Austria and has proudly served as caterer to many distinguished guests. Her extensive international experience in opening hotels throughout the world has earned her many distinguished awards.

Mrs. Roubina Begoumian’s resume includes a vast array of accomplishment in the hospitality arena. As the international food and schedule manager she established and trained first class food service for the airline industry. She has headed all royalty events along with welcoming dignitaries. Mrs. Begoumian has also been part of the academia world where she has taught Hotel and management courses along with culinary expertise. She has consulted for many hotels, banquet facilities, and food service for schools. She has been a major contributor and board member for many non profits and has used her talents in catering and food service to make many events a success. She has catered events not only nationwide but also internationally.
Among her many accomplishments Mrs. Begoumian was proud to serve as the official caterer for the Los Angeles welcoming reception for His Holiness, Pope John Paul II. Other clientele have included Hollywood stars, such as Esther Williams (pictured left). Mrs. Begoumian continues to oversee all aspects of Robert’s Catering, including recipes, food preparation and presentation.
